Harry J. Beaulieu, PhD, CIH, CSP has the experience and capability to provide objective, credible and effective litigation support services to the legal profession. Unlike “professional expert witnesses”, only a small amount of our overall company efforts are directed to this type of work, and support has been given roughly equally to plaintiff and defense efforts. Thus, we are typically viewed as objective and credible by all parties with that historic background.
We have a history of listening objectively to counsel’s presentation of the respective sides of a case, and then providing an opinion that could be supportive, or at least a source of technical information to the attorney.
